These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Tveeny, including the website at tveeny.app, the public web application at app.tveeny.app, mobile applications, and related services operated under the Tveeny name. By accessing or using Tveeny, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Tveeny.
Tveeny is an event discovery platform. It helps users find events, venues, and experiences, search by location, category, date, and keywords, view event details, save favorite events, receive event reminders, and, where available, manage operator, venue, and event information.

You may use Tveeny only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and if your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. If you use Tveeny on behalf of an organization, venue, event organizer, or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Some features require a user account. These include saving favorite events, receiving notifications, managing a profile, accepting operator invitations, and creating or editing operator, venue, or event information. Tveeny may support sign-in by email link, email and password, Google, Apple, or other authentication providers.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating or updating your account.
You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not impersonate another person, venue, organizer, company, or institution.
You may request deletion of your account through the app where this feature is available. Account deletion may remove or anonymize personal account data, subject to technical, operational, legal, or security requirements.
Tveeny displays information about events, venues, organizers, dates, times, categories, tags, descriptions, images, locations, ticket links, and website links. Event information may be provided by venue operators, event organizers, public websites, external ticketing platforms, or other third-party sources.
We aim to make event discovery convenient, but event details can change at any time. Tveeny does not guarantee that event information is complete, accurate, current, available, or free of errors. Before attending an event, buying tickets, travelling, or relying on any information displayed in Tveeny, you should verify the relevant details directly with the venue, organizer, or ticketing provider.
Tveeny may show ticket links, event webpages, social links, map links, and other external links. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Tveeny does not sell tickets, process payments for event entry, organize listed events, control event admission, or set refund and cancellation policies.
Any purchase, reservation, ticket, refund, cancellation, access issue, age restriction, safety requirement, or dispute connected with an event is between you and the relevant organizer, venue, payment provider, ticketing provider, or other third party. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Tveeny may use your selected location, approximate location, or device location permission to help find events near you, estimate distances, detect a country or city, and improve the relevance of search results. You can control device permissions through your device or browser settings.
Tveeny may provide search results, map results, recommendations, semantic search, favorites, and event reminders. These features are provided for convenience only. Notifications may be delayed, not delivered, duplicated, or affected by device settings, network conditions, third-party services, or changes in event data. You remain responsible for checking event details and timing yourself.
Tveeny may allow authorized users to create, edit, or manage operator profiles, venues, events, images, descriptions, contact information, opening hours, social links, ticket links, and related data. Operator access may be granted through invitations or administrative approval.
You must only manage operators, venues, and events that you are authorized to represent.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the content you submit or edit.
You must keep event dates, ticket links, venue details, contact details, opening hours, and other important information up to date.
You must not invite team members or assign access unless you are authorized to do so.
We may refuse, edit, remove, restrict, or disable operator, venue, event, or member access if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, is inaccurate, or may harm users, Tveeny, or third parties.
Content you submit to Tveeny may include text, descriptions, images, contact details, venue details, event details, links, tags, categories, and other materials. You retain any rights you have in your content, but you grant Tveeny a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, copy, modify for formatting or technical purposes, translate, display, distribute, index, and otherwise use your content as needed to operate, promote, protect, and improve Tveeny.
You confirm that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit the content and to grant this license. You also confirm that your content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual rights, or any other rights of another person or organization.
You must not use Tveeny in a way that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or disruptive. In particular, you must not:
publish false, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or illegal content;
upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, image rights, privacy rights, or other third-party rights;
misrepresent your identity, authorization, affiliation, event, venue, price, ticket availability, or event conditions;
interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security of, or gain unauthorized access to Tveeny or its infrastructure;
use Tveeny to distribute spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, or harmful code;
collect or process personal data from Tveeny without a valid legal basis and our permission; or
use Tveeny in a way that could harm users, organizers, venues, third parties, or Tveeny.
Some event and venue information may be obtained from publicly available sources or third-party services. Such information remains subject to the rights and policies of the original source. Tveeny may display source links, ticket links, webpage links, or other references so users can verify information directly.
If you believe that content displayed in Tveeny is inaccurate, outdated, unlawful, or infringes your rights, please contact us at app.tveeny@gmail.com with enough information for us to identify and review the content.
Tveeny, including its name, logo, user interface, design, software, source code, databases, text created by Tveeny, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on Tveeny without our prior written permission.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Tveeny, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and understand how we collect and use personal data in connection with the service.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Tveeny at any time. We do not guarantee that Tveeny will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, browser, network, or region.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Tveeny, remove content, disable features, or restrict operator access if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or created risk for users, venues, organizers, third parties, or Tveeny.
You may stop using Tveeny at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply, including intellectual property, user content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply after termination.
Tveeny is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, availability, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accessibility, availability, suitability, or accuracy of any event, venue, organizer, ticket provider, external website, or third-party service. Attendance at events is at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tveeny and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business, opportunity, or reputation arising out of or related to your use of Tveeny.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
If you use Tveeny on behalf of an organizer, venue, company, or other organization, or if you submit content to Tveeny, you agree to indemnify and hold Tveeny harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Tveeny, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably appropriate. Your continued use of Tveeny after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and your use of Tveeny are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or Tveeny will be handled by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide a different venue or procedure.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
